PAYMENT: Shop Catherine Masi accepts all major credit cards securely processed via Paypal, Stripe, or directly through your choice of credit cards. California residents will be charged a 7.50% sales tax.
CUSTOM ORDERS: I welcome custom orders! Just contact me with any spark of inspiration and ideas you might have.
The custom process can take between 2-6 weeks. But if you need something sooner- please contact me. Let's talk and see if we can make it work for your schedule. All custom orders are approved by the buyer after detailed communication and photo approval. A deposit is required on all custom orders, for first time customers. Please feel free to contact me with any inquiries on the details of the deposit sum, specific to your order. All custom order sales are final.
SHIPPING: PLEASE NOTE: All orders are shipped to the address on your Paypal or credit card processing account. If necessary, please update your shipping address for accuracy to avoid any confusion.
I currently use USPS First Class shipping for orders placed within the United States. Priority or Express shipping are also available at an extra charge. Just ask!
All items are made to order. Please allow 5-10 days prior to shipping for basic designs (though, in many cases pieces, your order may ship out sooner). Custom designs can take between 2-6 weeks. (Feel free to contact me for current turn-around times)

Within the United States, once posted to ship, USPS First Class shipping takes 2-7 business days (estimates, not guaranteed). For International orders, times can vary but are approximately 1-3 weeks (depending on the customs process and destination). All US orders will be shipped with Delivery Confirmation to ensure proper delivery tracing. If you would like additional tracking or insurance, please contact me. I can easily arrange this for an additional charge, according to current post office rates.
RETURNS + REFUNDS: I am hopeful that you will enjoy your shopping experience with Catherine Masi. All listings provide an accurate photo representation as well as a detailed description of materials and sizing. Because each item is made to order, the piece you receive and the piece in the photo may have slight variations, but the same colors, general sizing and materials in each design are virtually exact. This, coupled Catherine Masi’s handmade innovation: one of a kind, made to order and limited production designs, informs our Same Item/ Exchange Only return policy. If you received your item damaged from shipping, please notify us within 48 hours of its receipt. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address provided upon request.
